Bangor University is a public-funded university located in the city of Bangor, Wales. The university was established in the year of 1884 as the University College of North Wales (UCNW). Within a year of establishment, the institution received its royal university charter in 1885. Bangor University offers more than a 3.5million GBP as financial aids to its students in the form of scholarships, awards, grants, and loans. They provide these financial aids to support them in their living and study abroad. Some of the popular scholarships offered by the university are:
