Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is a culinary school located in Switzerland and a member school of Swiss Education Group.
Bachelor students are based at the Le Bouveret campus in French-speaking Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Geneva. Master's students, as well as the Chocolate and Pastry Specialisation students, are based at the city campus of Lucerne, in German-speaking Switzerland.
Le Bouveret campus also houses the Mosimann Collection, a collection of culinary memorabilia provided by Chef Anton Mosimann, OBE.

Clubs, Associations, Teams, Committees

The Student Ambassador Forum (SAF) is a group of students who are elected to represent them. The SAF is in charge of connecting students to the school and campus, as well as organising memorable events and activities that students have requested. Football, cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, and badminton teams are available at all schools, with weekly practises and external contests.

	<li>Any student enrolling in July or October 2021 at CAAS in the bachelor&rsquo;s, master&rsquo;s, or Swiss Grand Diploma programs, can apply for this scholarship, for a value of up to CHF 3&rsquo;600.</li>
	<li>With this scholarship, students will have the chance to embark on a 12-month sponsored internship in the USA with one of Yummy Job&#39; valued partners, gaining valuable work experience within the industry.</li>

The two campuses in the historic center of Lucerne and the lakeside at Le Bouveret offer an innovative educational experience.
