The institute provides many grants and scholarships for international students to study in the US at both undergraduate and graduate levels. International applicants are eligible for only merit-based scholarships, assistantships, and grants.
International students can apply for a range of scholarships at Eastern Michigan University (EMU) -
International undergraduate students who have shown academic achievement are given this scholarship. The scholarship offers a maximum annual award of USD 7,000.
EMU Foundation Scholarships
Many undergraduate and graduate scholarships are available from the EMU Foundation. Several standards, including academic excellence and financial necessity, give out these scholarships.
It is reserved for international scholars. In this scholarship, the awardee pays the tuition fee of 13,000 USD for two consecutive years, following which EMU pays the tuition fee for the following two years. A 2.75 or more cumulative GPA is the minimum requirement for this scholarship.
The National Scholars Program
It is awarded to applicants with more than a 3.6 cumulative GPA. 9,800 USD is awarded per year for two academic years.
It is for applicants with more than a 3.2 cumulative GPA. 3,100 USD per year is given under this scholarship for two academic years. One who wins an NSP scholarship isn't eligible for SUCG.
