History 
The Istituto Europeo di Design or IED was founded in 1966 and is a private higher education institution in Milano, Italy which teaches design courses. After its foundation by Francesco Morell, the institute spread over 9 cities of Italy and Spain. These campuses take up space of 50,000 square metres and offer courses in four major disciplines that include design and management.&nbsp;
