History of Royal Holloway University began in the nineteenth century when Bedford College and Royal Holloway College were established in 1849 and 1886 in London respectively. The founder of Bedford College was Elizabeth Jesser Reid and Royal Holloway College was Thomas Holloway. The building of Royal Holloway College was first introduced by Queen Victoria in 1886. General Information
Scholarships offered at ISC- Royal Holloway University of London includes:
- Sanctuary Scholarship: Full tuition fee waiver for 3 years with added Friendly Hand Bursary of £12,000 per annum.
- International Future Leaders Scholarship: £4,000 of reduction from tuition fee during the first year of study for International students.
- Elaine Etherton Scholarship: £3,500 per year of reduction from tuition fee for the first three years of study.
- Santander Widening Access Scholarship: Cash award of £1,250.
- Reed Innovation Scholarship: Cash award of £15,000.
- Barbara Raw Scholarships for English: Cash award of £5,000 for domestic or International Students studying English.
- Donald Davies Computer Science Scholarship: Cash reward of £1,000 during the first year, followed by £500 in the second, third and fourth year for Home/EU/International students (for M.Sc students).
- Electronic Engineering Creativity Scholarship: Cash award of £1,000 in the first year.
- Music scholarships: Cash rewards in the form of Choral, Organ, Music and Orchestral scholarships for three years. (For Home/EU/International students)
- Sports scholarships: Cash awards for sportspersons
