Instituto Europeo di Design (IED) is a private design school in Italy founded in 1966 by Franceso Morelli. The school is organized into four disciplines and spread over nine cities across thirteen locations occupying a total area of more than 50,000 m2.&nbsp;

IED offers 29 different courses of three-year duration in several languages. These courses are attended by about 10,000 students every year, totalling more than 90,000 students, for the institute&rsquo;s forty-year history.

IED offers scholarships and financial aids so that students will not have to leave their studying journey due to financial reasons. There are two scholarships mentioned on the official website.

2) There are 50 Scholarships to cover 50% of the tuition fee for courses 2021/2022 of Continuing Education in the areas of design, fashion, visual arts, communication, and art. To participate in the scholarship procedure,&nbsp;

&middot; student must register by filling out the form. Then, you will get an e-mail with credentials where you must upload the required documents.

&middot; After that, students must prepare the document and upload the details. Students must ensure that they provide information in all reserved sections.

&middot; Then, the student will be contacted by an advisor and they will be able to participate in the selection day at the location of their choice.

Some important landmarks of Florence are:-

1) Duomo di Milano:- It is a cathedral church of Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Its construction has begun in 1386, and the final details were completed in 1965. It is the largest church in Italy and the third-largest in the world.

2) Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II:- The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is Italy&rsquo;s oldest active shopping gallery and a major landmark of Milan in Italy. It was designed in 1861 and built by architect Giuseppe Mengoni between 1865 and 1877.

3) Sforzesco Castle :- The Castello Sforzesco is a medival fortification located in Milan, Northern Italy. It was built in the 15th century by Francesco Sforza, Duke of Milan, on the remnants of a 14th-century fortification.

4) Teatro alla Scala:- La Scala is an opera house in Milan, Italy. The theatre was inaugurated on 3 August 1778 and was originally known as the Nuovo Regio Ducale Theatro alla Scala. The theatre is regarded as one of the leading opera and ballet theatres globally.

5) Triennale di Milano :- The Triennale di Milano is a design and art museum in the Parco Sempione in Milan, in Lombardy in northern Italy. It is housed in the Palazzo dell&rsquo;Arte, which was designed by Giovanni Muzio and built between 193 and 1933. Construction was financed by Antonio Bernocchi and his brother Andrea and Michele.

The crime index of Milan is 44.07 and the safety index is 55.93. This means Milan is a safe place to live upon. However, crime increases moderately in the past three years. Most of the crimes are related to theft, robbery, vandalism, corruption, and bribery.&nbsp;
