General Information
International students are considered for merit scholarships at NEU, but no need-based aid or financial help is offered.
- Scholarships are given to individuals who have excelled academically in both undergraduate and graduate studies. As a result, the institution is quite selective in awarding these scholarships. Students who apply on time are automatically eligible for merit scholarships.
- There is no need to submit a separate document or application to be considered for a scholarship.
- Merit scholarships are usually awarded to the top 10–15% of the application pool.
- For the 2020-2021 academic year, it is expected that a total of USD 305 million in grants and scholarships would be awarded to undergraduate students.
