North Seattle Community College (NSC) is a public college located in Seattle, Washington. It is one of three institutions that make up the Seattle Colleges District, and it is part of the Washington Community and Technical Colleges system. In The Studios on Broadway, Seattle Central provides on-campus housing for international students attending Seattle Colleges. While the studios are across the street from Seattle Central&#39;s main classroom building, they are available to students from all three campuses. They house over 80 students in communal living. You must be at least 17 years old by the move-in date and responsible enough to live on your own to reside in the on-campus flats. Each occupant is provided with a bed, a desk, a chair, and garment storage in each apartment. Apartments include high-speed internet access and may be linked to phone or television service upon request.

International students also have the option of living off-campus. The cost of an apartment will be determined by a number of criteria, including the location, size, and a number of roommates (if any) sharing the property. Prices per month might range from $700 to $1,300 or more.
