Nova Southeastern University is a private, non-profit institution. It is located in the small town of Davie in the state of Florida and spans 315 acres. Professional degrees in social sciences, law, business, osteopathic medicine, allopathic medicine, allied health, pharmacy, dentistry, optometry, physical therapy, education, occupational therapy, and nursing are available at the university. In the 2017-2018 academic year, Nova Southeastern enrolled 20,793 students and graduated 185,000 students. NSU features top-ranked medical and psychology programs in Florida, as well as the state&#39;s only college of optometry.

On-Campus Accommodation

<ul>
	<li>On-campus residential halls house 1,529 students, or about 5% of the Nova student body. All undergraduate and graduate students at Nova Southeastern University have housing and eating facilities.</li>
	<li>It features a variety of residence halls for first-year students, such as Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall and The Commons Residence Hall, and apartments for graduate students, such as Rolling Hills Building A &amp; C.</li>
	<li>Beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, and a built-in storage/counter facility are provided in each room.</li>
	<li>In Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall, most entering first-year students live in a double or triple room.</li>
	<li>The Commons&nbsp;houses all current undergraduate residents with 0&ndash;48 credit hours by the end of the winter semester.</li>
</ul>

Broward County, Florida&#39;s Davie is a tiny town. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of only 91,992.

	<li>There are numerous sanctuaries and gardens in this area. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a must-see attraction.</li>
	<li>Then there&#39;s the lovely butterfly kingdom.</li>
	<li>Then there&#39;s Everglades Park, a beautiful site with lots of animals.</li>
	<li>There are also flamingo gardens to see.</li>
