History

Established in 1868, Oregon State University is a public university situated in Corvallis Oregon, USA.&nbsp; The objective of the courses that they offer is to build a smarter, healthier and prosperous world. The colour of the university&rsquo;s logo is Beaver Orange, Paddle tail Black and Bucktooth White. &nbsp;

The university was originally named as Corvallis Academy and the name was changed 11 times till it got its final name. The school was granted to give bachelors and masters degree in the year of 1870.

On-campus facilities

At Oregon State University, it is compulsory for the freshers to opt for in-campus accommodation in the 1st year of their study. The university has 16 residing halls with different types of rooms. It includes the option of single, double and triple rooms with facilities like bed, desk, chair, bathrooms and closets. Facilities like internet, laundry, health care services etc are also provided.&nbsp;

Off-campus facilities

Though there are off-campus facilities available for students but Azent recommends you to stay in-campus in the initial days until you get awareness about the city and how things work.
