Standing in the Moncton city of Canada is the private college Oulton. It was founded in 1956. The main motive of establishing the university was to make the future aspirants to get to know the business of the real world. It was meant to be business college. 
Later in 1987, due to technological advancement the college introduced programs of travel and tourism, banking, paralegal and medical administration. The founding of the college was done by Gordon A Oulton, who also served as the principal and owner of the college.
