At Sacred Heart University, merit-based academic scholarships are offered to all freshmen.
- The Scholarship Review Committee awards merit-based funding based on high school transcripts and class rank.
- Students' applications are examined in order to award merit-based scholarships.
- As a result, they do not need to submit a separate application to be considered for these scholarships.
- When distributing merit-based scholarships, the GPA and course selection are taken into consideration along with high school rankings.
