Overview
Swiss Hotel Management School was inaugurated on 7 July 1902. It was built by the Swiss architect Eugène Jost on the Caux Mount. It is based at the Caux-Palace, which was the largest hotel during its time.
In 1992 The Swiss Hotel Management School was founded as a private hotel management school in Les Paccots. Later in 1995, it moved into the Caux Palace located above Montreux.
