Temple University (Temple or TU) is a public state-related research university in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1884 by the Baptist minister Russell Conwell. Temple University provides financial assistance in scholarships, loans, grants, and work-study programmes in the United States.
International students are awarded merit-based scholarships based on their academic achievements and standardized test results. Scholarships range in value from 1,000 USD to full tuition. You do not need to submit a separate application to be considered for the prize.
Every year, two first-year foreign students are given the Here Scholarship, which provides a monetary prize of 20,000 USD. Applicants must submit a Common Application application along with an essay or video to be considered for the scholarship.
