1.) Diversity Scholarships - 

• Criteria - Open to new international students from countries with fewer than five students on campus.
• Requirements - Demonstrated excellent academics—3.0 GPA, 6.5 IELTS, or 88 TOEFL iBT.
• Process - Automatically applied during the student's application process without needing a separate application.

2.) Academic Excellence Award - 

• Eligibility - New students with a minimum GPA of 86% (A) in their last academic year.
• Award - Up to $2,000.
• Selection - Identified by TRU's international marketing team based on program application.
• Conditions - Requires a 3.0 GPA after the first semester to receive the second $1,000 installment.

3.) Exceptional Student Award - 

• Qualifications - New students with a minimum GPA of 80% (A-) in their previous academic year and direct entry to studies (IELTS 6.5+).
• Award - Up to $4,000.
• Identification - Identified by TRU's international marketing team based on program application.
• Stipulations - Requires a 3.33 GPA for $1,000 installments for up to three semesters.

4.) International Athletic Scholarships - 

• Target - Full-time academic students showing exceptional athletic ability in TRU's Varsity Teams.
• Eligibility - Must adhere to U SPORTS regulations for athletic financial awards.

Part 5: Engineering Scholarships

• Eligibility: Open to international students enrolled in TRU's two-year Engineering Transfer program.
• Number of Recipients: Two students per year.
• Award: $3,000 divided over four semesters ($1,000 first year, $2,000 second year).
