The University for the Creative Arts is a reputed and excellent art and design university in England. The origins of this University can be traced back to 1867 when the Maidstone College of Art was established. This college was merged with multiple art colleges to form the Kent Institute of Art and Design in 1987, and it was granted university status in 2018. UCA Canterbury provides convenient on-campus accommodation at Ian Dury House. It is just a 20-minute walk from campus. Shared accommodations feature single bedrooms equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing students to personalize their space with soft furnishings. The average weekly price is approximately &pound;150.

At UCA Epsom, students can choose from four accommodation blocks: Bradford House, Wilberforce Court, Crossways House, and Worple Road. Located near or within a ten-minute walk from campus, these shared accommodations offer single bedrooms with essential furnishings. Prices range from around &pound;161 to &pound;187 per week.

UCA Farnham offers extensive accommodation options, including the Student Village and the recently opened University Walk.&nbsp;The single bedrooms in these accommodations have a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Students can personalize their space with soft furnishings. The Student Village features purpose-built houses and flats just a minute&#39;s walk from campus. We have a number of fee discounts, also known as scholarships, available to new students from international countries who would like study with us. These discounts are available to new International students and International alumni who graduated within the last three years.

Pathways to Degree Scholarships (September 2023 and January 2024)

If you received a scholarship for your Integrated International Foundation or Integrated International Pre-masters, you will receive the same Fee Reduction again in the following year of study.

If the student is eligible for a waiver, it will be waived off at the time of application itself. Separate request is not required.

To be eligible for a fee waiver discount under the new discount/ scholarship scheme, international applicants must have paid their deposit by the end of June.

For these courses, the progression discount depends on the grade you achieved in your undergraduate course at UCA:

If you achieved a 2:1 and above you will receive a fee discount of GBP2,000
If you achieved a 2:2 or below you will receive a fee discount of GBP1,500

This discount is off the fees of the first year of the course you are progressing to and is available for graduates of all UCA undergraduate degrees who graduated within the previous three years of starting your postgraduate course.

Applicants or current students to any of UCA's undergraduate media or journalism courses. Applications are welcome from UK, and international students.
