General Information
Wilfrid Laurier University offers overseas students scholarships when they begin their studies or as they go through their degree. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need, community service, extracurricular activities, and academic achievement.
Available Scholarships -
- Freshmen who display leadership characteristics that inspire the university are awarded Inspiring Lives Scholarships.
- Entrance Scholarships are offered on the basis of merit and are issued automatically depending on the admission application.
- The President's Gold entry scholarship is one of the most prestigious renewable scholarships in this category, worth 5000 CAD each year.
- The new Laurier Scholars Awards, which is available starting in 2021 and is valued at 40,000 CAD, will be distributed over 4our years in equal increments.
